- Major Regional Cities & Commercial Centers (2 – 3 Business Days): Covers Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Naivasha, Thika, and Nyeri.
- Upcountry & Extended Delivery Zones (3 – 5 Business Days): Covers Western Kenya, Rift Valley, Coast hinterland, Eastern, and Northern Kenya counties via verified logistics hubs.
2. Shipping Rates & Transparent Pricing
- Flat Rate Service: All standard web orders qualify for our standard flat shipping fee of KES 2,000 across Kenya at checkout.
- No Hidden Surcharges: The shipping fee calculated at checkout represents the final transport cost. There are no additional terminal clearance or unannounced offloading fees charged on delivery.
- Bulk & Contract Fitouts: For large institutional tender contracts, multi-tonnage fleet consignments (e.g., 200+ conference/sanctuary chairs or full-floor open-plan workstations), custom haulage and scheduled direct offloading terms apply as outlined in your commercial proforma invoice.
3. Packaging, Assembly & Goods in Transit
Inspection Guarantee: Every item is bubble-wrapped, edge-protected, or pallet-crated to withstand road vibrations. Please inspect package seals and hardware packages upon receipt before signing the delivery manifest.
- Nairobi Metro Assembly: Most office chairs and select desks delivered via our direct fleet arrive pre-assembled or are assembled on-site by our field technicians.
