1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within Nairobi and to all major towns across Kenya. If you are located outside these areas, please contact us before placing your order to confirm delivery availability.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Nairobi: 1–3 business days
- Other major towns: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas: May take 5–7 business days depending on location
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs vary depending on the size of your order and the delivery location. Charges are calculated during checkout or shared via invoice for bulk/custom orders. Some Nairobi orders may qualify for free delivery—contact us for more information.
4. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation and payment. You will receive a confirmation message with tracking or delivery details once your order is dispatched.
